Burrito bowl: rice is undercooked. Chips & queso blanco: chips are completely stale, queso is rubbery & gross and TINY quantity.

Whenever I order through DoorDash, the burrito is 1/4 the size of when I go into store. This is 3rd time my burrito has been smaller than a can of pop. 22$ for a 3 bite burrito.

this store never gives you enough food. I paid $20 for 6 pieces of steak and barely any rice. I could see the bottom of the bowl when I opened the tin. I'm not happy. and last time they didn't give me chips and gave me like 86cents off next order.

All of my chicken was on one end of the burrito. Had bites of pure sour cream and lettuce. Poorly rolled

No matter what location I go to, chips are a hit or miss in terms of freshness, etc. The Chips were really fresh and salted perfectly.
