delivery was quick. Ordered a steak Burrito Bowl and it had a good amount of steak in it. Chips had a decent amount in bag. All ingredients requested were in the bowl. it was delicious. I'm also glad they didn't overdo it on the sour cream like other locations. Only thing is they don't allow special request, I love extra cheese and lettuce in my Burrito Bowl . Other than that my order was great.

Burrito was so over stuffed that it fell apart when opening foil wrapper. Tried to roll it again but wouldnt stay closed. Dumped contents into a bowl to eat it and threw out the tortilla.
Bowl that I paid an additonal $4 for extra chicken had normal serving of chicken.

So I've been ordering from this location for a couple of years and in the recent months the quality has gone way down. My last bowl had severely undercooked rice it was crunchy and over cooked chicken. The portions are also significantly less.  I love chipotle but this location is genuinely horrible in comparison to other ones.

Didn't have steak, but we did order pretty late.
They did substitute and doubled the meat.
Main issue was the chips were VERY stale.

Not enough lettuce, meat and I asked for a fork which I don't have access to any I work at pool that is outside does not provide any.
