Spent $20+ on a Burrito that's smaller than what you'd get at Taco Bell for less than $5. This is the most inconsistent Chipotle - the weekend crew is almost always messing up the to-go orders.

I e tried this place twice and it's absolutely disgusting. And $6 for a bag of chips with less than MAYBE 5 or 6 whole tortilla chips.

I got skimped on lettuce and rice. Would have been nice if they reached out and let me know "hey we're running low on this" or "would you like to replace this with something else". Communication with customers definitely could be better. Also I paid $6 for a little cup of guacamole that is not worth the size.

There was a sauce that was an up charge on the bowl that was not in the bowl that we paid for . We were also missing our chips and guacamole
My burrito that I added double protein for was super small definitely didn't get double protein and I paid $20 for the Burrito

The carnitas were extremely dry almost like jerky texture. My son Loves carnitas and didn't like it. The kids meal doesn't give the option to select 2 of the same side. I marked pinto beans but they only gave 1 serving and left the other side of his tray empty. They forgot our Nantucket juice. This service was the worst we have had and have mad chipotle many times. so not sure if under new management or the workers just didn't care today.
