Its happened twice already when I ordered food here via door dash, the bowl feels very light and the lid was barely closed or hanging on because there is not much food to hold inside the bowl. When i opened the burrito bowl, the food did not reach the top level of the bowl, it was under. The servings of rice and honey chicken were light and small, but was generous on the red chili though.

Would have been great if I ordered a rice burrito that happened to have some chicken in it. I really wish we could customize the options like you could on Chipotle's website. You had better luck getting a burrito that balanced the ingredients by asking for easy or light rice so it did not dominate the whole burrito. So much of this burrito is rice it is ridiculous.

I ordered a salad with extra steak and some tortillas. For the second time in a week, they did not include the extra steak. I weigh what I eat, and as can be seen from the picture, I got a measly three ounces. Maybe they try to hide the amount they give amongst the other ingredients and think that no will verify. You do not get what you pay for at this location.

I would normally not write a review for something as well know as Chipotle, but that's kind of the problem. People only write about places like this when they have a complaint and the negative reviews nearly made me skip ordering from here. I took my chances and I’m so glad that I did. Delivery was easy and friendly, despite my being in a hotel, and the portions were spot on and delicious. Was very happy to have enjoyed my burrito bowl instead of over priced and average room service.

This place is amazing.They nevery forget items, the portion sizes are amazing. The food is always fresh and hot.I will always orer from them. Burrito is the best item on the menu.
