The steak Burrito was good with the rice, black beans, corn, fajita fillings, cheese, and the red sauce. It was all evenly spread and flavored well together. The Mexican Coca-Cola is just coke in a glass bottle and not worth the extra money you pay for it.

The burrito was stuffed very full to the point of breaking, so it was pretty messy. If I wanted to eat with a fork I would've ordered a bowl. The queso was bland and overly thick - wouldn't order it again. The deal for a Side of Red Chimichurri was out of stock so that's a bummer. I only ordered because I wanted to try that so overall I'm disappointed.

I hate to do this, but I eat at chipotle 2-3 times a week religiously. I obviously do this because I love chipotle. I've been eating chipotle virtually my entire life. The Saratoga springs location is not even close to par for chipotle standards. The poor quality and inconsistency is unlike any other location. Sure there is some minor variance out there, but this location is the biggest disappointment. The guac is regularly brown. The rice is tasteless and watery mush, which my burrito was 60% of. Whether it's the chicken or the steak it seems to lack seasoning other locations have. Tonight my burrito was not worth finishing. My order of guac was half full and so full of lemon juice (assuming in an effort to thwart off browning) I just threw it away. I'm clearly an idiot because this is my probably my 10th visit here and I tell myself every time this is the last time. Tonight is different, I'm done with this location. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but be warned. If you're shucking out $16-$20 a burrito, it better be decent.

Steak burrito bowl was tilted over so all the ingredients were on one side. Side of chicken and guacamole were pretty small for the price. Food was good.

Don't know what it is like in person, since I haven't been to the store in a few years. But my goodness, hardly any meat in the burrito. Might as well have been just a rice burrito. Terrible de-evolution of the product at this establishment.
