The Hudson oaks store is always nasty. Paid $28 for a bowl and threw most of it away. Nothing is fresh. Lettuce is brown and wilted, guacamole is brown, stringy, and has black cilantro in it. Never again. Absolute trash location.

I will no longer door dash chipotle. I love when we go inside but this is the 2nd time now the care + quality of the items you order are not good. For the amount you pay as a service fee and the lack of packaging care to prepare the food well is disappointing. There were chunks of meat in the queso and it wasn't even half full for $10 order of Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The Quesadilla were super squished as well.

they filled it up for sure but when they make it in front of you you only get what you ask for but when ordering it it has so much meat & pieces of things that i didn't order it's just gross having to pick it all out i understand cross contamination but huge chunks is nasty
