The burrito bowl was delicious and arrived nice and warm. All of the ingredients used were fresh, and just the right amount of Chicken. The Chips & Queso Blanco were portioned properly and the Queso sauce arrived warm. I would definitely order again.

This is the worst restaurant for tacos. The last two times I've ordered, it's sent my order to this one, instead of the one on El Camino. Both times, my orders been crap from this one. All shell, a small amount of rice & sour cream, with hardly any steak. Even the Burrito was half the size it usually is, compared to other Chipotle restaurants. They don't even put your food in cardboard, only foil. This time, one order of three tacos was missing. It's disappointing that I could've gotten better quality tacos from Taco Bell, for a fraction of the cost.

When ordering in person they always give a fair amount of protein as you're there watching. Whenever I get delivery, it's an obviously lesser amount - to the point that there is no value. Additionally, I simply have lost respect for this store because it's not happened just once or twice.

It's funny. Reading the other reviews, they're right. Currently it's end of October 2025, and the chicken bowl barely had any chicken. This has happened to me a few times here with delivery orders. They shaft you on the meat.
Obviously in person, they don't, because they can't do that in front of your face.

I ordered double meat and i recieved the world's smallest burrito. Paid $5.00 more for double meat and didn't recieve it.. that sucks. I unrolled it to double check regarding the meat and yeah.... most of it is a salad.
