I hate complaining but this was just disappointing. The rice was crunchy, there was a burnt chunk in it that I bit down on and felt like there was pure ash in my mouth. The steak in the bowl was quite tasteful, I will say that. The portion size was good and the guacamole was fresh. However, I would not order this again because I feel the highs are outweighed by the lows.

Had the quesadilla. Oil shot out at me when I took a bite. Overstuffed the quesadilla compared to other restaurants.

I ordered the Burrito bowl which includes cheese. At most, there were 5 small pieces of sliced cheese. For what you charge, there should be more cheese. The exact same situation with the rice. I would like a refund on this order.

This particular store in Naperville, inside the plaza at Naper & 75th needs some attention. The hot items in my burrito bowl were barely warm & seemed to be smaller portions than the dozens of other visits. Unfortunately, the worst part of the visit was the 4 staff members that either made my bowl & checked then checked me out at the register. From the beginning, they extremely rushed for not being busy at 800P. Their basic people skills & customer service doesn't exist. Not to mention, their choice of verbiage, in asking what I'd like in my bowl, was quick & almost aggressive & I feel that's saying a lot from being military & prior law enforcement. Not once did anyone say hello, thanks coming in, enjoy your meal or have a good rest of the night. I've had those basics plenty of times at other Chipotle restaurants. As I walked by other staff that were on the floor, felt like I was in their way as I was getting my drink & utensils.

8 tortillas was misleading - they are taco shells not full burrito tortillas. Value was ~4 burritos/bowls which is ~$50 if purchased as burritos/bowls. Cost was 73$ with discounts
