Whomever prepared the bowl put very little rice, lots and lots of green veggies (too many), and the taste of the bowl was just off pudding; the sauce had too much oil, and in the past when a bowl was ordered the food was filled to the top of the foil cover; this bowl food filling stopped at the base of the lower bowl level - shocking... disappointing to say the least especially since lemon in rice is not favorable, but a learnable habit.

Rice was hard and crunchy. Option needs to be added for more rice for those who don't get beans -my borrito was pretty small, chicken was in one end with cheese and sour cream at the other. Use to be the burritos were a lot larger. Quality has really gone down.

The staff is always quick & friendly. Burrito Bowl was delicious as always. The new chipotle honey chicken is amazing! Sweet, smokey and just the right amount of heat!

my bowl was watery and 1/2 the size it normally is, kids meal soft tacos were old and gross and only 2 Tbsp of chicken

ordered a double steak bowl didn't even have a single portion of steak or rice or cheese but they did double the amount of hot salsa and sour cream which I didn't ask for. all in all it was a waste of 26 dollars.
