I ordered a bowl with a large chips and queso. The size of the large queso is already ridiculously small, but this time, I didn't even get enough chips to fill a quarter of the bag, then they were also stale. Did I mention that the bowl also came without eating utensils even though they were requested? Very disappointed in the quality.

The large Chips & Queso Blanco isnt a large its a small. It also tasted sour. Save your money. The salad was delicous but there was way too much toppings and hardly any lettuce. The Grapefruit Izze is a steal. Its a 16 oz bottle. But i shouldnt be paying the same price for the Chips & Queso Blanco since the queso is 5xs smaller than the drink. I set a small apple and my salad dressing side by side to the queso to show how small it is

They gave me almost nothing but rice and it was so mushy. I could count the pieces of chicken. it's a shame because I've been craving Chipotle for two days.

Daughter and daddy night in wasnt the best since her kids Kid's Quesadilla had no cheese and was hard. Good thing she likes the rice. The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco chips we got a full bag of burnt chips. Good thing we had lime chips.

The chips are always great but you will do yourself more justice by ordering in the chipotle app for better quality. I only ordered through DoorDash for the BOGO entree promo and was left shocked at the poor quality. My burritos were not completely wrapped, were mostly filled with rice and salsa with very little protein added. I order from this location all the time, just within the chipotle app and I will keep it that way for obvious reasons.
