Walked in expecting a burrito bowl, walked out with a sample platter. Ordered two bowls and somehow ended up with what looked like a kid's meal split between two adults.
Bowl #1 (steak): A thin layer of rice peeking through, a sad scoop of black beans, and just enough steak to remind me what steak tastes like. The cheese and sour cream were applied like the employee was being charged personally for every gram. I've seen more generous portions at a hospital cafeteria.
Bowl #2 (chicken): Mostly lettuce. So much lettuce. If I wanted a salad I would've ordered a salad. The chicken was hiding underneath like it was embarrassed to be there. Pico was fine, I guess, since pico is free real estate.
For what these bowls cost now, I expect the bowl to actually be full. Not "full of air with a garnish of protein." The foil tray underneath was almost insulting, like they knew it was light and tried to bulk up the presentation.

Something in it is very sour too much lemon on what I don't know as I got no salsa or guacamole. Also paid for double meat and tortilla and it's nothing but lettuce and tortilla. Your fajitas are not cooked properly still hard. Still trying to figure out what's sour as I see no pico de gallo.

Believe the reviews this is hands down the worst Chipotle I have event been too. Paid $19 for a bowl asked for double meat and guacamole. It was mostly rice and no guacamole. Very rude!

The meat seemed very dry and the taste all was pretty bland. The portion was all fine. Also the chips seemed to very very overcooked and lacked salt.

They kept the driver waiting for 10 minutes but the rice was dry and clumpy like it had been sitting there for an hour. Shown in the picture is two large clumps of rice that are so stiff they stand upright.
