• 25-02-14Like others have said, this location is not good. The majority of the meat is fat or grisly. Ordering and paying for double meat is a waste - there's hardly one portion of meat, let alone double. Every time we've ordered a chicken burrito, they use spicy chicken, which isn't even an option on the app. Guac the last three times has been brown and old.

• 25-03-16So I went to the Chipotle in Gretna and I don't know who prepared my order but the sour cream was all on one side, there was too much rice and barely any chicken or black beans. Mind you I asked for extra chicken in my Burrito Bowl and I feel like I payed extra for nothing. And the chicken pieces I did get in the Burrito Bowl were too big and chunky, not diced and cut into small pieces like they usually are in my previous orders. I got like 3 chewy pieces, and I had never gotten some like that before. I also ordered two bags of Chips and one bag had them so hard and soggy, they were difficult to eat. The first time I got a Chips bag like that I let it slide, thinking it was maybe just a one time thing. It's not. I feel like I was given the oldest and hardest Chips in my order. I left super disappointed and like I wasted my money. I won't be ordering anything again for a long time.

• 26-04-18Burrito was not what I ordered, had sour cream. Too spicy, not like it's been before. I don't even eat it.
Burrito bowl was missing pico.
