The online order portion is 10-20% smaller than if you order in store. I ordered through doordash and ate in store and I saw couple people had more than mine.
I also ordered one store in San Jose and the portion was also more than here.
I ordered here couple times so I realized this.
I should order from other stores to compare in the future.

The burritos DRY. I requested spur cream but did not get it. The bag of chips was skimpy. Not even a half bag. The drink I bought was laid across the food so the hot food was cold in the middle. Drink should have been in separate bag. Very disappointing

The salad is good, but even though I request half steak and half sofrito, im sad to say there's barely any steak on it. Like there was 7 small pieces of it. Thats not worth an extra $2.30 for a salad bowl.

The amount of meat on the Brisket bowl was very little. Way less than other bowls. With paying an extra $5, you would expect more.

I think there may be some new staff at this chipotle location - constantly getting wrong orders recently. During the rare instances where the correct order is provided, the size is half the usual portion and the staff is clearly untrained. I would advise management to follow-up and ensure your own house is in order or customers such as myself won't be revisiting this location.
