Barely any chicken in my chicken bowl. Mostly rice and cheese as you can see in the picture. Guac was old and not even blended. Big Brown avocado chunks

Good tasting but my bowl was very light. They need to not be so stingy with the food. I mean it is $15

The burritos DRY. I requested spur cream but did not get it. The bag of chips was skimpy. Not even a half bag. The drink I bought was laid across the food so the hot food was cold in the middle. Drink should have been in separate bag. Very disappointing

The salad is good, but even though I request half steak and half sofrito, im sad to say there's barely any steak on it. Like there was 7 small pieces of it. Thats not worth an extra $2.30 for a salad bowl.

The online order portion is 10-20% smaller than if you order in store. I ordered through doordash and ate in store and I saw couple people had more than mine.
I also ordered one store in San Jose and the portion was also more than here.
I ordered here couple times so I realized this.
I should order from other stores to compare in the future.
