Steak is so tough and dry you can't even chew it. Bag of chips is stale and also only a small handful, not nearly enough in the bag for the small side of guac. Star of the show today is the cilantro lime sauce.

A 1/3 of the Burrito was just lettuce and nothing else. The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco was a waste of money. The chips were really stale and the amount of queso they give you is maybe for two people. Not worth $10. Really disappointed.

The foods are always delicious! The portions can be different every time. It always depends on what they have left over. The food's freshness is always good. Sometimes the chips can be salty but they are still good. I always order again from chipotle! I love this place!

i worked over 12 hours and i was so hungry for chiptole. uunfortunately the rice was so hard, not too soft. I wish it was so soft. also some chicken were burns. I always eat Chipotle all the time and i know what it was like to eat. the rice and chcken need do better! please and thank you
