The guacamole which costs $4 is brown and tastes metallic which tells me this is old or has been sitting out. This is not ok and I would like a refund because I have to scrape all of it off now which takes most of the topping off with it.

ordered a steak & cheese Quesadilla. It was a tortilla with no cheese and a barely any steak. So basically paid for a folded tortilla with bits of steak.

Awful. The chips were stale and the salsa was not the one I ordered. The tacos were OK but the burrito had no meat, only flavorless gristle. Should have gone with something more consistent like McDonald's.

The flavor is good!
But I always order and always come in a good amount. Today was HALF of the regular portion!

I have never had a problem with chipotle before this. The rice was stale, the lettuce soggy, and the chicken hard.
