Chipotle's quality has downgraded so much. Our chicken was burnt and dry. They barely put any queso on our bowls and paying extra for more meat and the cheese is very disappointing. We had some rice bites that were not cooked all the way. Won't be eating at this restaurant anymore.

The bowl was ok but not great. Rice was just a gigantic mush pile, no napkins plastic wear provided. Seems like the stuff was dumped in with no care. There were like 5 small pieces of chicken and one piece was so dry and hard it was inedible. Disappointing for Chipotle.

this bowl was full of sour cream, guac, and beans. I asked for extra steak and got less than the normal serving. the rice was pushed to one side of the bowl and there wasn't much of that. I felt like I got a bowl of leftovers. the bell peppers were larger than the ten pieces of steak. I should've just ordered chips with it if I was just getting a bowl of dip. that mess cost me $22. very disappointed. a Snickers bar would have been more satisfying than that slop.

Seems like there was less food on the burrito bowl. At the price it was I would think it would be full to the top. It's always been like that until now. I paid $15!!! I rather not order from here anymore maybe I'll try freebirds .

Tastes off due to little to no protein like the chicken portion or steak portion I wouldn't order from here again this isn't the first time this happens very disappointing
