Paid for double meat, didn't even get a single portion. Without exaggeration; I really received about 10 tiny pieces of chicken. With all the toppings including meat, corn, rice, etc the bowl was barely halfway filled. Poor effort and portioning for the price.

Don't ever order from here online and have it delivered. The first time was a chicken quesadilla and there was literally no chicken. I decided to give them another chance. Got a bowl, steak, rice, guac, etc. it was literally 3 pieces of steak, maybe a spoon of guac and looks like a half servicing of rice. An absolute joke of a franchise.

Not the best experience, Quesadilla was small and they didn’t send any chips for the quacomole even though sticker on front of bag says free chips💁🏻♀️ Regardless I pad fir the quest and chips. The guac was However very good.

I placed an order with Door Dash around 6:45 to deliver a Chipotle Chicken Bowl and some Chips & Guacamole and some Chips & Queso Blanco to the tune of $38.12. Chipotle filled the order wrong and gave me a pulled pork bowl as well as the chips were stale. I couldn't eat either of the items. Since I ordered through Door Dash I spoke to someone that was going to reorder the same again but correctly. Here it is 9:15 and nothing! I called Door Dash again and they said someone would contact me within 24 hours. We will see. To be continued.

Both bowls ordered by were not even filled properly and one bowl looked like it had been dropped almost. So disappointing.
