My burrito was so small never have had this issue before, our side of guacamole was completely brown, very unsatisfied

There was maybe, and I wanna emphasize the word maybe here, 4 mini pieces of steak in this burrito. If you want rice wrapped in a tortilla for 25$ be my guest! But it'd be much more cost effective to go to the grocery store for that instead

The Burrito was not balanced - all the cheese and sour cream was at the bottom.
The Chips were stale and very over salted. The queso was okay. Overall very underwhelmed... so expensive for a very crappy meal.

I placed a pickup order, and upon opening my Burrito Bowl I noticed that there was only a very thin layer of brown rice on the bottom, and the texture was hard (likely undercooked, or possibly from sitting out for an extended period of time.) Also, the drink I requested wasn't available.
