They charge 30$ for an extra steak burrito but they skimp out on adding extra steak they give less steak then a normal burrito I get when I order in store. My burrito always has crunchy rice grains. And the quality of the food is terrible. It's insane they charge so much money just to take advantage of customers who order for pickup instead of waiting in line. And this is not the employees fault it's chipotles fault as a company and for a company who says they have fresh ingredients they have the worst quality of food. I've never been to another burrito place where the rice is crunchy. There are way better places in the area that are half the price and the quality of food is way better then chipotle

Rice was undercooked and I paid extra for Carnitas and got barely any in my bowl. There were also huge pieces of chicken that were uncut, making it harder to eat.

ordered 8 burrito bowls. all came with super undercooked beans. not edible. 1 also had barely any chicken. I order thousands of dollars of food for events for my company. they offered me $5.00 on an almost $200 order that went in the trash. No more orders for Chipotle are coming from me after being treated like the garbage they delivered.

Chicken was dry and crispy to where it was hard to chew. Like it sat in a hot pan for a long time. Very little rice. And a ton of sour cream! No the chicken was not fresh!

burrito was small and almost vegetarian. chips were stale. Chipotle could have done better.
