I ordered sour cream and got some weird, dried paste -definitely not fresh. The portion was REALLY small, the beef barbacoa was ALL onions and only about a teaspoon size portion of meat. Total rip off. I would never order it again.

Ordered the salad just the way I ordered when I go to the store. By the weight could tell it was a lot less food. When I opened, it did not even go over the lower dish. They were about three pieces of chicken and I asked for fajitas, but I only saw one bell peppers piece. They're really screwing the customers on DoorDash.
Do not order from chipotle at all!

I had like 3 pieces of meat and Guac, which is like 3 dollars extra was not there. They added extra red sauce which made it basically impossible to eat

My quesadilla was burnt and had black residue which I presume is burnt flakes of the tortilla all over it... it tasted fine once I had to scrape all of the burntness all off. The chips were stale and dry.

My burrito bowl was about one third full when I Opened it. Still tasty, but I feel like they skimp on delivery orders or maybe just rushed it
