Kids cheese quesadilla was not melted like it was supposed to be. Chicken bowl I had the rice was not fully cooked, had to eat thru hard raw pieces, could not finish the bowl, the chicken was barely added, less meat than usual from a chipotle. Also did not include utensils

Usually order chicken, but the barbacoa is WAY better! The Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa is a great addition to this Burrito Bowl; providing a good contrast in texture with the chips and spiciness of the salsa. Definitely recommend!

Burrito was about 4' long and baely had rice or beans. All tortilla. This has never happened. I called the store off of North Dallas and they now have a recording that is impossible to get through. I order all the time. So this is unacceptable.
