Order a large chips and queso for $10. Was given maybe 20 SUPER STALE chips in a bag. Compete waste of money. I love chipotle and have never had issues with the other locations having fresh chips and other items on hand.

I don't know what happened to Chipotle, but I just waisted 50.00 on a very cold meal: chicken was dry and very little. Fajita veggies were burned, I mean, black burned. Brown Rice was hard and I found several uncooked grains. Beans were very little for the amount of cold uncooked rice. What a disappointment!

Prices are up which makes this less of a good value, and also highlights quality issues. When you spend $20 on a single delivery of a burrito bowl, it has to be spot on and this was runny, less flavorful, and poor portions. I bought groceries for a week for $15 more. Is what it is.

Both bowls were terrible, there was too much rice and not enough salsa, sour cream, cheese and meat. The rice was gummy and clumpy.

I ordered a salad and there was barely any lettuce. The burrito was tiny as well. For a 12 dollar salad and a 16 dollar burrito it shouldn't look like Taco Bell size portions.
