Chips were stale, $14 burrito was smaller than 2 tortilla chips laid on top of each other. Customer service is a nightmare to get in touch with to make a complaint. I will not be back.
I have added pictures of the burrito with a tortilla chips laid and a salt shaker beside it for size reference. I also added a picture of what is supposed to be a large bag of tortilla chips, but as you can see just like Lays the bag is always full of air.

I got a salad bowl with steak and it had probably a handful of spinach but hardly any lettuce. It was probably a good 60% sour cream. I'm just super disappointed. This was not a good value at all.

Almost no chicken and very little rice that was undercooked. Making up for space with extra tomatoes.

Food was good. A little disappointed that there were only 2 meat options available to order tonight. And they were both ones with an up charge. Most disappointed in the chips and queso. Chips were stale and the queso was burnt.

I have eaten here many times and its normally really good but yesterday I got 3 burritos with steak and everything in them on a double tortilla shell. these burritos were tiny and not double shelled. they did say their grill person was in a wreck on the way to work so we also had to wait 25 minutes after doing or order online. I paid 16 dollars for each burrito or I wouldn't be that upset
