I am submitting a complaint regarding my Chipotle order. I paid for two full protein portions, however the amount of protein provided was clearly insufficient and appeared closer to a half-and-half portion, which is not what I ordered or paid for.
This is unacceptable, especially for an online order where the customer relies on the store to prepare the meal accurately. I

The only thing made right was the chips and dip. I literally was sent a bowl with quac, beans and sour cream. Ridiculous!
Burrito - no meat, no salsa, no guacamole, burrito wrap ripped and food all over foil.

i order from here all the time, leave a good tip, i don't appreciate getting skimped out on my kitchen. it's ridiculous when i look in my bowl and see barely any chicken. smh

The rice is hard as if it was burnt or scraped off the bottom of the container
