I got the burrito and it was like rubber. It wasn't even filled. It looked like a big ball. It barely had any rice in it. The steak in it was hard definitely did not like my DoorDash order from chipotle. I have ordered in store and the quality has been much better. I am disappointed, though I would like to order it and have it delivered but not willing to pay the price for bad quality.

my food had big chunks of peppers there was little portion of lettuce and my chips where stale and hard chew

Our burrito bowls were not as ordered. Very little meat. All rice, sour cream and guacamole. $37 dollars for meals we didn't. Quality has gone down significantly.
Will not order chipotle again.

Steak wasn't even chewable or cut up - drenched spice think it was the wrong steak - rice was hard and not fully cooked ---- so gross
