I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was uncooked and the black beans portion was less than the other times I ordered it. It seems that the quality is getting worse. I will start looking for other places to order.

Too much rice and too little carnitas and beans. I am getting unhappy with Chipotle. I am a long time customer, but lately it has not been satisfactory.

They put like 4 tomatoes of the pico de gallo in the bowl and that's my favorite . If you're not there watching them make your bowl it's like they don't care about it.

The steak was way over cooked and the cheese was stuck together in clumps. The rice had no flavor either. Pretty disappointing considering I payed extra for the nicer steak cut.

My order is always messed up or missing items. Their portions are extremely light and the quality is bad. Over cooked dried out chicken, old chewy rice and brown guacamole. Last time they didn't include my drink, chips, queso or salsa. Customer service tries to make good on it by offering freebies but they shouldn't have to. It can't possibly be that hard to assemble a burrito bowl. It's almost like the Bayview Chipotle is TRYING to give the most horrible product ever. If I could give zero starts I would.
