Hardly any rice in my bowl. Way too much sour cream and guacamole, and a whole avocado peel. Everytime I order from this chipotle I experience either horrible customer service or incompetence within my order.

The amount of food in my bowl that I purchased, was half the portion size that I normally receive when I walk into the store. I was a little disappointed in that matter. But I still had to pay the same amount as I would pay in store.

My order while correct, was not prepared right. It was 90% rice! Hardly any steak, beans, cheese, or lettuce. Disappointed to say the least. The quality has been going down over the last several months.

I am trying to love Chipotle, but I was not impressed. The burrito bowl was a watery mess and the guacamole had turned brown. The chips and cheese are ordered separately???? They were edible, but $5.00??? Not worth paying $20 plus a service fee and tip for delivery.

Got the exact same thing yesterday and enjoyed it so much I got it today. Apparently the sack tipped over so some sauce had leaked out into the sack, and the bowl was messy to handle. Also, yesterday there is regular serving service of chicken and today you can barely 4-5 small pieces ofchicken in this bowl much less the brown rice that I orderedwhich is missing. is away too much queso and grease from the fajita vegetables this time not nearly as good. Severely disappointed. No where near worth th $20+ spent
