Absolutely horrible. Both of our bowls had missing ingredients( no corn salsa or fresh tomato salsa or sour cream). Both ordered extra meat and got about 5 pieces. Incredibly oily and the rice tasted old. We both couldn't eat it.

I have to say that this was a fabulous lunch. It will also be a very good lunch tomorrow, with what is 'left over'. Love the Queso. My Guac will be breakfast in the morning on top of an English Muffin. Thanks so very much for a fantastic experience, made possible by the special code from Door Dash.

Both of my bowls were missing almost all their toppings. I ordered a bowl with rice,chicken,guac,corn,and fajita veggies and the only topping included was scraps of the fajita veggies. My other bowl was missing lettuce. This is completely unacceptable as Chipotle makes you pay extra for guac. There was also small pieces of other toppings like steak and cheese in my bowl showing showing their lack of attention for cross contamination. I would never order again from this location. This shockingly wasn't the only time this has happened. The staff are carelessly making orders and not caring about forgetting anything. So disappointed.

Honestly would not order from this location again. Large Chips were way too salty, had to scrape off individual salt pieces and it still was too much. Also for my Salad there was barely any lettuce which resulted in the lettuce being soggy and wilted. I had asked for rice and beans to be put in the salad but was not expecting them to put more rice than lettuce when that's what a salad consists of mainly greens.

The Burrito Bowl with carnitas was on the slim side (not much rice & meat), and the black beans weren't drained, so the fiber bowls were soaked through and very wet! Food taste was delicious, as always!
