I'm usually very happy with chipotle, but this time was subpar. The Burrito I ordered was very small, almost like it was made with half portions and my guacamole was brown on arrival. Otherwise the order was prompt and chips were tasty

Chicken Burrito Bowl most of the chicken was charred. Steak Burrito Bowl had hardly any steak in it. The chips were over done. Not the quality of food we normally get from chipotle.

Paid for extra chicken does not appear I received anything extra. Burrito Bowl seems very light. Chicken is burnt. Hardly any cheese. I understand end of night but either cancel order or give me what I am paying for.

I ordered a Salad that came without the salad part...the most important part of it. It was literally just a bowl of the toppings I chose. The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco had so little chips in the bag. It was literally a small handful thrown into the bottom and that was it.

This was my first time trying the Build-Your-Own Chipotle and it's good. Everything comes well packaged and it's fresh. The portions are great except for the rice, I wish there was a little more. But everything is else is great. I ordered with the intent of meal prepping and it's perfect for that. So I think I would order it again. They say it feeds 4-6, I think it's more like 4-5, but without the actual bowls from Chipotle, it's hard to eyeball portions and know for sure.
