Had to wait 8+ minutes past ready time. Portions were very small compared to prior chipotle experience, extra tortilla was rolled into a ball in foil, and steak was very fatty and I received 5 small pieces in total. Very small portion and overly fried dark coloring on chips. Disappointed in this order.

Burrito arrived with just meat and rice and was about the size of a Taco Bell taco. I ordered just about every ingredient for a burrito which is pricey, and received something that would cost a few dollars elsewhere. Not in any way worth the price. This restaurant shorts its customers with ingredients compared to any other chipotle. This has happened multiple time for us here.

There's such inconsistency when you order for pickup. Sometimes there's sooo much food and it's fresh and then times like today, the rice is crunchy, not much chicken on my husbands bowl and the steak is sooooo salty.
We love Chipotle and will be back, just super bummed I can't finish my bowl.

Side of Adobo Ranch had like 2 tea spoons of ranch in it. Was basically empty. Quesadilla was great tho. Chips were over fried and greasy but guacamole was good and fresh.

There was hardly any meat in my bowl and burrito or peppers and oinions what meat that was in it was dried out tastes terrible the rice was dried out and hard it was like it was all old ingredients that were not fresh at all . I normally love your food but I'm very disappointed
