the rice in the burrito was hard and undercooked, leaving it impossible to eat without hurting my teeth. the burrito was cold even though it was delivered and made really quickly, and the portion of queso is laughable with the price being almost $6. overall it was just not worth the money at all unfortunately. the best thing about my meal was that the chips were salted and cooked perfectly.

the best thing about Chipotle is getting a huge burrito this Chipotle does not do that I got a Taco Bell size burrito for Chipotle price I was very disappointed

The Burrito and Burrito Bowl entrees we ordered were delicious and just as we ordered. We have no argument with the food. However, with tax, tip, delivery charge, other fees and probably an up charge on the food, we paid $99.00 for three people. I felt that was a little high. If not for the cost, I would have rated 5 stars. Delivery was on time to a house in a difficult location. Kudos for that.

I've always had a good experience at a Chipotle but the salad here was just plain sad. The lettuce was old and wilted and there was barely a scoop of chicken in the bowl.

C'mon "crunchy brown rice" (either undercooked or the dried out part of the rice bin was mixed into the middle).
I try to like, but the quality of Chipotle from the North Bay to Tahoe is marginal ...
