This was abysmal sadly pathetic inedible garbage. $40 For basically two bowls of rice and beans / they left out most everything that was supposed to be in it and the guacamole was rancid. I tried to complain and there was an option to get a $10 refund ....or nothing ....company doesn't care, staff don't care & I'm not coming back. I threw mine out I didn't trust it, my partner ate his and was sick for two days / awesome. We got this as a treat because we had no free time to make dinner I ended up going to the store to buy food and prepare it anyway. We will never get that time or money back. An absolute joke.

I worked at Chipotle for a while and this was not up to par. Little to no medium corn salsa, queso was very gloopy, rice was SUPER salty like a tablespoon was dumped in the bowl. The lettuce is supposed to be cut 1/4 inch, it was mostly an inch thick, but mangled too much to tell what the cut size was. Only redeemable aspect of my bowl was the steak. It was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

I would normally give it 5 stars, the food is usually amazing & consistent. That being said, the portions are becoming smaller and smaller and very little meat given the price. I so understand that everything is becoming so expensive.

The chicken Burrito Bowl I ordered barely had any rice or chicken in it. It looked like it was a half portion. I could see the bottom of the bowl as soon as I opened the lid. They are usually okay in person but ordering it delivery is always sub-par and this time is especially bad.
