I usually love Chipotle. But the last two times have been poor quality and over cooked.
This time my Quesadilla was folded into a square and toasted on one side way to long making it tough. Burrito Bowl is a mess and chicken is overcooked. Tortilla chips the color a gram crackers and greasy. Something is going on at this location because I do not have this problem when I am traveling.

We forgot to add something to the order, and there was no way for us to do it. Tried calling the store, but you couldn't even be put through to talk to anybody. Asked the driver to see if there was a way we could add them to the order, the store just said no. One of the orders was a vegetarian burrito with pinto beans and they were barely any on it, it was90% rice and sour cream.

I eat chipotle a lot so I'm pretty aware of what the average order looks like. My bowl was about half the size it usually is and tasted like it had a cup of salt on it. The guac was brown and tasted off as well.

There wasn't alot of chicken and what was there, it was burnt and hard. The lettuce was turning brown

Food was fine but I was told that I can't pickup my food in the pickup lane because I ordered on DoorDash and have to park in the tiny cramped parking lot that fits like 10 cars disappointing when I just want to grab something on the way home and you have to order a quesadilla online there should be something saying that when you order
