Chipotle has cut too many corners.
My Burrito Bowl had plenty of white rice, but almost nothing else. There were maybe 6 small cubes of chicken, the guac was just huge chunks of unsmashed avocados, the chips were stale and chewy, and the pitiful amount of toppings showed a complete lack of care.
Despite their current terrible reputation, I sometimes still crave the flavor (especially when they have the Chicken Adobo on the menu - my fave), but I am always disappointed with the absence of care, quantity, and quality.
Their CEO can say anything he wants, but it's all empty words, just like the empty bowls they serve.
I expect so much more for a $20 meal.

Arrive sauces leaking for the Quesadilla poor packaging, burrito bowl hatch, huge chunks of cilantro, and lack of chicken. The Burrito Bowlwas not full. It was only halfway filled up

While filling, the meat was completely cold (and not because of slow delivery - it arrived super fast) but because the meat was clearly not hot to begin with. The $12 queso was grainy and clumpy. Twelve dollars for grainy queso! Let that sink in.
The prices at Chipotle are out of control! And $20 for a Burrito Bowl with guac made with cold meat? Give me a break, Chipotle! Do better.

It was a nice bowl of rice and beans, sprinkled with chicken lettuce cheese and the tomatoes mix. It's sad too cause chipotle is really one of my most favorite restaurants for fast food. Maybe it's the store or the employees. Idk but they really need to make a change so that we can receive what we actually purchased.
