Everything always tastes fresh and they never get our items wrong. The carne Asada is tender and flavorful. Chipotle also has my favorite guacamole around!

The steak was gross and tasted like old grease from a pan with no flavor and was extremely tough. My bowl was filled with nothing but fat and there wasn't any sour cream which i ordered. And i ordered 2 tortillas but only received one. The queso was filled below half way, could've just forgot it at that point. Very unsatisfied.

Everything in the bowl was old. Nothing was fresh at all. The guacamole was brown, the rice was dried out and I maybe got four or five pieces of meat. It tasted absolutely horrible!! I spent $23 on a meal that I couldn't even eat.

The rice was hard and there was only a tiny bit of guacamole in it. I've never got one with so little guac....
