ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito. no options but meat showed up for the bowl. I chose steak. what they sent were two bowls, no burrito, and the bowl with steak had nothing but steak. no rice, no veggies. just steak for 13 dollars. people working there couldn't reach out to me to verify? and forgot my burrito was a bowl?

orders here are so tiny for the price. 20 tacos here is equal to 3 tacos of any other place. It's chipmunk-sized.

I paid an extra 0.65 for a double wrapped Burrito but they didn't add it in also by making it super tiny. Disappointed since this was for my husband since he works a laborious job.

I ordered a salad bowl and a burrito bowl. The salad showed where I had ordered a red salsa and whatever it was was too hot and on the receipt they call it hot rod. It was so hot that I could not eat it. I attempted to let DoorDash know that there was an issue. They only return two dollars for a whole salad that I couldn't eat that was over $21 because I had extra meat on it. And then I attempted to call chipotle directly, which was giving me an automated service and they said they would send an email, but it doesn't fix the fact that I have a whole entrée that I can't eat. I'm very disappointed.

The guacamole was old and brown, not blended well and so bland. It's like someone made it in a rush and forgot the salt and lime juice. They also forgot a bag of chips we ordered, and skimped on the toppings in the burrito bowl. A very off night.
