Chips were stale, food was cold, hardly any meat. Was unable to select both kinds of beans as I would prefer even for extra.

The Burrito Bowl was missing about 1/2 of the chicken. This has happened more than once. It's better to order the quesadillas to get the normal amount of meat/chicken. Customers just want to get what they pay for.

Burrito bowl had such little beef on it that I couldn't find more than 3 bites. It was all rice, lettuce and sour cream.
Tortilla was rubbery and dried out on the edges even my dogs wouldn't eat it.
