Chips were stale! And the large order of chip and queso was a very small portion for $10.00 the rest of the food was good! I will order again but I will definitely skip the chips!

Ive never had an issue with Chipotle but haven't ordered in a while. I should have read through recent reviews first. Chips were stale. Guac was a horrible consistency (like homemade baby food). Serving of barbacoa on the burrito bowl was pitiful...my office had a good laugh at the poor quality...we'll stick to Fuzzys from now on.

The items looked nothing like they did in the picture (I acknowledge that food usually does not, but this looked like a high school cafeteria quesadilla), the quesadilla was dry and small, the cheese was not melted in most places, and it looked grey and not toasted properly. I wasted the 23 dollars it cost I am truly disappointed in how my food turned out, the queso and guac was good though! Would not purchase again.

way too expensive. I spent $20 on a burrito and it was alright but felt like 80% of it was rice. I paid for double chicken and it didn't feel like it was worth the extra $4. I heard chipotle was ordering their staff to lower the portion sizes and maybe this is just a result of that. I won't be ordering here again unless the prices get better.

Missing multiple items, no sides to any of the meals that were ordered. Missing suede of quac. Quesadilla was wrapped in foil and balled up. The cheese wasn't even in the tortilla it was stuck to the foil. No silverware. Large chip and queso is an absolute joke. Chips were stale and bag was less than half full with a small side of queso. Insane for $10. Being hungry is preferable than the food provided.
