I ordered a salad with steak and brown rice /black beans. My salad consisted of 95% white rice stuffed into one container with some steak, guacamole, black beans, and sauce on top. There was a few pieces of wilted lettuce somewhere under all the rice.

Rice was crunchy and undercooked, extra fajita veggies was still only 1 tbsp of fajita veg, and very little sour cream or corn salsa. I haven't ordered here in 3 years and it's definitely taken a turn for the worse. I don't know if it's because it was a mobile order but they could not give less care to the prep of the bowl.

Although flavor and size of the burritos were amazing, the problem I had was that I ordered a chicken burrito and didn't have a single bite with chicken till I was 2/3 the way through the burrito.. same with the sour cream. Everything is sectioned out instead of layered where you would get all the flavors in every bite.

There wasn't much chicken in the bowl. I've noticed that the bowls and salads are fixed differently in the store. This was my third attempt to get a decent order from Chipotle. That order cost me almost $20 very displeased.

They didnt add our Chips. They put the wrong rice in and forgot the sour cream. We also received maybe 4 pieces of chicken per Burrito Bowl. They are consistently sloppy and fail to live up to quality expectations. This is not our first disappointment.
