I dont know what happene to this chipotle location. The consistency is never there. Last week it was nasty chicken, this week undercooked crunchy rice. I expect consistency among chain restaurants. This place has gone down the tubes.

I ordered 2 burrito bowls that I paid around 20 dollars each for.... unfortunately when I opened the tops one barely had any chicken and the other barely had any steak. I added guac to both and they only put a small spoon size of guac for 4 dollars extra. This is very disappointing because seems like price is going up and the bowls are getting smaller.

The rice was very much undercooked. And for $19 you would think that the bowl would be full, or even over flowing. Unimpressed and over priced.

Definitely jipped me on my portions. Bowl was practically half full. Definitely didnt get my moneys worth. Absolutely horrible.

My bowl was just all sour cream plus a tiny ratio of the other ingredients i ordered. Good job chipotle!
