Order took almost an hour and a half to be prepared, so the Dasher had to wait. Got very few chips with our chips and queso and neither the queso nor the chips tasted fresh.

Barely any rice or protein, it is very cold and drenched in sour cream, the rice is hard , doesn't taste fresh, I wouldn't order again unless I'm in the store! I spent so much money for a bowl of sour cream!

So disappointed! Where' s the pork? Had to hunt for even a bite of meat. I'm a big fan of Chipotle but this one needed better employee care.

First time ordering the chips and queso but for $6 bucks this doesn't seem right!? Did I get screwed or is this normal? Burrito is on point like always!

The burrito bowl tasted like soap, with about 6 pieces of steak that were pure fat and uneatable. The chips came in a bag 1/4 full and broken.
