this is by far the worst experience with Chipotle. Seems like when you order online you get a different amount of food the you do in the store for the "same price". I ordered a bowl which seemed like it was missing half of the food I usually get, on top of that I literally counted 6 small pieces of chicken bare in my entire bowl. you would have thought I ordered white rice and lettuce.

Horrible chicken bowl. Was 90% rice, almost the entire bowl was rice with barely anything else. Maybe 3-4 pieces of pieces and extremely light on all the other toppings. Seems like a cost cutting decision from corporate or a disgruntled employee was the issue here. When spending this amount of money for nothing but rice, you're better off ordering elsewhere.

We love Chipotle, but there are inconsistencies with burrito size. Given that these burritos are NOT cheap, I think we should've gotten more for our money than this tiny child sized burrito :( this is also not the first time this has happened.

No chips with the Side of Guacamole for 3.50?? Whats the point? The Side of Guacamole was already brown.

Burrito Bowl was bare filled compared to when I go in store. I ordered half steak and chicken and probably had 2 pieces of steak in the bowl. Food tasted great just underwhelmed by the amount I received.
