The queso was put in the taco and not in the cups like the other sauces. It completely over sauced the tacos. My order was missing my chips that were paid for. I asked for help and was given credit back. A bit disappointed today. The lettuce for my taco was not IN the taco, it was smashed ontop of the tacos.

The chicken and steak were too spicy. Especially the steak for a kids meal. The large chips are more the size of a small chip. I tasted no cheese in the burrito just a ton of rice. I would not order it again.

I ordered extra steak. I did not even receive enough steak to be acceptable for a single order. simply unacceptable when I paid 7 dollars for the extra.

The rice was crunchy, didnt get much rice in the bowl. Rice had no taste. Uncut meat. No utensils. Overall bad experience. Riverside commons is better.

This is the third time I've ordered from here. They mess something up EVERY TIME. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and got pork 2/3 times!!! They also put about 1000lbs of sour cream on. Like the ENTIRE bowl is COVERED in sour cream. Worst chipotle I have been to.
