My only issue  is the quality of the cup is for the large hot latte.   The cup should have been doubled bc the heat softened it so much that I had to transfer it into my coffee mug   Also it leaked   But the taste is so great that next time I'll just ask to double the cup. Cinnamon raisin bagel taste great and so happy that it was just the right amount of cream cheese. Also so glad the cream cheese wasn't melted like most places when u ask for it to be toasted. I'll never buy another bagel from anywhere else. N even though my hot large latte was a bit pricey for my pockets I will definitely reorder it. Chock full of nuts is the only brand I buy in the supermarket but making coffee is definitely a talent bc mine taste nothing like this. It's delicious. A must try for all that order coffee.

I ordered an everything bagel w egg n cheese scooped out n toasted w ketchup. Well i cannot possibly eat this. The ketchup taste like ragu traditional style tomato sauce   I wasted my money on on this item   And i mentioned inconsistent bc of what i got the first time i ordered this. Looking at this when i opened it clearly i wasn't giving what i ordered last time   Instead i got a scrambled egg on a scooped out toasted everything. 
I think im going to have to find another pl that makes hot lattes as good as chock full of nuts or close to how good they are just so i could get everything in one order.   I'm really really disappointed at this taste of this ketchup. It's disgusting
