I never had YukGaeJang before. Oh my goodness this was soooooo delicious and hearty !!!! I usually get the Galbi Tang since I fell in love with it when I first tried it last year, today I took a chance and I'm so happy I did. My goodness what a journey of flavor in every bite it takes your taste buds on an adventure. Feels like a warm hug. Thank you

I decided to give Chong's another try and I'm regretting it. I ordered the La Gai Bi / 갈비 (BBQ Ribs)$22.99, with delivery and tip the order was over 30$ which I don't have a problem with. The issue is usually there are at least 3 short ribs and this order had two. If you're familiar with the dish, the short ribs are very thin, I had even ordered the "dinner" plate which stated it came with more food.
I'm deeply disappointed because I really did love Chong's.

Very good food, fresh and fast. Locally owned nice woman that runs it. The soup of Kimchi Chi Gae / 김치 찌개 (With Rice and Sides) was some of the best flavor I've had. the Jae Yook Bokum / 제육 볶음 (With Rice and Sides) was a sweet and spicy sauce with actual bacon (not just pork). both were great

Portion size of the pork bulgogi was less than most Korean places. Especially for the price. The sides it came with had small portions as well and not as many options compared to other places. I wouldn't order here. It was hot though at least.

It's the worst kimbap I've ever had! The rice is so dry. My husband had the bibimbap it was very runny, half dollar size of meat and the rice was also dry even though its soaked.
