The ingredients were fresh! I created my Craft Your Own Salad its worth the money. It's enough for two serving.

I order from here a lot and generally my order is correct but yesterday my salad was missing one ingredient and today it was missing THREE ingredients, all of which I paid extra for. It also was mostly lettuce with just a few pieces of the toppings that actually were included. There was legitimately one crumble of goat cheese. For a $20 salad they could at least give you the actual toppings.

We ordered two of their meatier salads as our main entrees. Well, at least they looked that way on the menu. Only a few chunks of chicken in each and it looked kind of like things were thrown in at high speed and a lid smashed down on top. Once again Chopt failed. This order I asked for extra chicken and extra kale paid the up charge on both. Salad arrived with 2 pieces of chicken . I have tried to call the location 2 times and no one ever picks up ! Be better Chopt

I never leave reviews, but this was the worst Chopt I've ever had. Barely any dressing, so dry. NOTHING was chopped!! Every piece of lettuce and topping was big and not chopped up. Large pieces that weren't even bite size. Maybe 4 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. Worst Chopt salad I've ever had and truly, I want a refund. $17 on DoorDash for this should be illegal
