Good, everything was great. Taco Salad is a nice portion and fresh and Chicken Flautas fried prefect and stuffed with chicken and cheese (love those), and the Chuy Chuy Churro Bites were not greasy, worth every penny.

This was my #1 go to for years and years. I don't want to speculate too much, but it is suspicious that the decline in quality directly coincides with the change of ownership. Portion sizes are down, and the quality & freshness are down as well.
An 8 oz Queso is something like $11, but you're lucky if the container is even half filled.

the new menu is blatant shrink-flasion. The Chuychanga is half the size and they raised the cost by a about 50 cents. the flour tortilla used to be thick and chewy and flavor full like a fried burrito should be. now it is a thin flavorless tortilla. the entire taste has changed and not in a good way.

Very little ground beef to the amount of lettuce that had a chunk of core in it as well as other pieces that were large and tough.

Love this Chuy's, it's always been a great location, and they always get our order correct with DD! Love the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo, and of course the creamy jalapeño, always the best Tex-Mex in town, delicious!
