Food from Chuy's as been quite reliably Very Good To Great, all the many times we have ordered from the I-45 @ 242 Chuy's !!!
Love their Tortilla Soup with lots of really fresh corn, avocado, and fresh Cilantro, and other veggies in a clean, clear, tasty broth !!.... and the Taco Salad has been super tasty & fresh, with ample amounts of taco meat, cheese, guac, and crispy fresh iceberg lettuce !!! And the beef fajita Panchos were extra good tonight, with good amount of fajita beef & cheese atop the refried bean base.
Just want to Thank Ronaldo, again ! He is a Super Dasher !!! Many Thanks to Chuy's...Keep up the good standards of quality food.... And Many Thanks to DoorDash, too. !! :-)

• 26-05-16Taco Salad - good, ordered steak- nice flavor & amount, had enough for every bite or close to it. fresh ingredients. they forgot the dressing but I used some of the dip from the chips, worked out just fine. I thought they forgot the guac, found it at the bottom under the lettuce but honestly it was like a tablespoon - almost non existent, I think there's room improvement there.. container was wide but not deep. only notes I have to improve more guac and some more salad/ fixings. I'd get it again though
Homemade Tres Leches - very good, 1st time trying. the right amount of sweet, the cream at the bottom is somewhere between cream & whip. the strawberries were fresh. for sure get again & night/day to what I've had before. while I'm not knocking others, I think this is how it should be; definitely my preference.
- gave a nice amount of chips, so thank you. definitely enough for 2 people. I'd honestly like a bit more salsa to go with the chips. salsa was fresh & nice taste.

Really messy & Sloppy packing for À La Carte Taco & Quesadillas .
They were just put together very sloppily...Crispy taco had filling just dumped on one side, with soggy taco shell... & Quesadillas were prepared with No Care Also,... tiny amount/ like a half teaspoon/ of grilled onions dumped on one end & skimpy, minimal amount of cheese dumped in one side-spot on each quesadilla. Chuy's used to send our meals in better condition. Enchilada was pretty good, but packed in too large dinner container with only one space filled with the enchilada only. Chuy's has been Better in recent past, .. Must have been a lack of care tonight. Tortilla Soup was good. Thanks to Our 5 star Dasher & we Hope Better for Chuy's future, cuz we like Chuy's,... usually. :)

Tacos Al Carbon , Fajita Chicken Quesadillas , ala À La Carte Enchilada , great Sauces, Rice & Beans have great flavor !!! ...And my Fav & Best in our area,.. CHUY'S Deliciously yum & always super Fresh Tortilla Soup !!! It was a Home-Run tonight !! Thanks Chuy's and DoorDash...and Our Dasher, Ahmed was Fabulous !!!

• 24-03-19For some reason they have decided to skimp on the chips lately. Fajita dinner with less than half a bag. This has become a theme, since stleast January of this year. For 70+ I expect chips at least. Try pappasito s next door. At least youll get your moneys worth.
