I ordered a couple of Sonic Light Up Cups, and unfortunately one was defective. After driving to the cinema, staff were very helpful, and immediately replaced the cup for me. The prompt service outweighs the inconvenience to me in this case, and I'll be more likely to choose this location in the future.
