The cinnamon rolls were of excellent quality and the special cream cheese-based topping was great on them!

Absolutely disgusting. The bread is tough and not soft at all, and the cinnamon has a strange after taste that is not the same as freshly baked cinnabons. If you buy this expecting it to be similar to fresh cinnabons, then that's on you.

The BonBites™ CinnaPacks™  are about the size of a silver dollar. Very small and not at all like past orders I've received. The Center of the Roll™ is not even close to being that. It is one Cinnabon squished into a cup and made ugly, it was also cold and stale.  Could have been on account of my order taking 75 minutes.

Even after heating them up, the mini bites were dry and not soft.  Plus there was hardly any frosting on them, and what was there was mostly stuck onto the paper sleeve they came in.

very disappointed. the rolls were dry and not very well frosted. even when I heated up it was very hard to chew.  also I ordered a drink but received the wrong one and it was so gross I dumped it out. I usually love Cinnabon
